Poncey-Highland is an electric Atlanta neighborhood rich in history and art, located just south of Virginia Highlands. Home of the Plaza Theater, this is the perfect location for residents and visitors to take in art-deco themes and refurbished warehouses. With the Beltline in its backyard, you’re just a hop, skip, or bike-ride away from Atlanta's best restaurants, breweries, and people-watching.


Developers have poured large investments into upgrading Poncey-Highland, so you’ll find many abandoned buildings turned into dynamic restaurants and 1920’s cottage homes flipped in value towards $1 million.
