Neighborhood Vibe
Each of the neighborhoods in the North Area caters to a different type of lifestyle. Castle Hill, one of the older neighborhoods, comes across as quiet and green. The highly exclusive Shavano Park carries a rural feel while staying well-connected to the city, and it offers outdoor activities at Friedrich Wilderness Park and Phil Hardberger Park. Hollywood Park is perfect for anyone seeking a tight-knit community feel. Hill Country Village provides privacy, seclusion, and space. Although all of these northern neighborhoods express a more upscale and affluent vibe, Castle Hill and Hollywood Park remain slightly more affordable.
