I had my car hit in the first week, elevator never works with fob, nothing delivered, locked in mail room. I’ve contacted office and they’ve been notified. First month was not very satisfied, I do enjoy the apartment more now. But I wasn’t told by leasing office that there will be construction for months that starts at 7 am and a train that goes multiple times a night.

Absolutely no one can enter the building unless you have a fob. No deliverys. Amazon never can enter.
