The building is great, but sound proofing is minimal and the neighbors don't feel compelled to keep it down. I'm constantly woken up by loud music. Other than that, the space is beautiful, I'm close to good restaurants, and there a bunch of grocery stores close-by.
What did you like most?
Hard wood floors, lofted ceilings.
What did you like least?
Lack of sound-proofing.

Unit is newly renovated with new furnishings. Building has a lot of character - it used to be a factory in the early 1900's. What we're getting is great for the price.
