Generally good. Amenities, doormen and support staff are very courteous. The park outside is well-maintained. There are not tons of places within a short walk and the apartments themselves are small.

I like the building I live in, the neighborhood itself (the loop) is very 9-5 and lacks character. What do you like most: I like my unit. It's modern and comfortable. The building overlooks a park and has good amenities. What do you like least: The neighborhood is pretty barren - need to travel to get to the interesting parts of the city.

It's very nice but it is overpriced. We didn't know what we were getting ourselves into and that there were equally as good buildings for much cheaper nearby.

My experience so far has been really good, the building has a great location in a calm neighborhood but very close to restaurants and the park. The apartment has a great view and is comfortable. The gym and other amenities are a plus. The management staff and doorman are really helpful and warm.

New construction, nice amenities, nice park and shopping center in the community (with excellent grocery store), only complaint is that the neighborhood is part of the Loop (commercial district) so nearby bars and restaurants are lackluster, but walking commute to work.

Overall, I'm enjoying my time in the building. It's not cheap, but neither is anywhere else in this area. Great building community, nice quiet area removed from the tourist stuff.
What did you like most?
Great quiet neighborhood feeling; it's nice being in the loop but removed from that craziness. Nice community in the building. - Fantastic gym, nice shared amenities. - Building management has been generally responsive to any concerns. - Washer and Dryer! Gigantic closets!
What did you like least?
- The internet/cable situation leaves something to be desired -- the building has a mandatory monthly amenity fee that includes cable and internet service. The internet can get slow at times, and the cable (Dish) service has a bunch of hidden fees. Because of the exclusive arrangement, there's no way to use a different provider or even simply pay for faster service. - Compared to what I'm used to in New York, the package situation is a bit frustrating since it's tied to the dry cleaner hours. - Definitely an ""older-new"" building -- it's modern, but modern from like ten years ago, and you can tell when looking at the quality of the appliances, carpet, etc.
