This building is great. High ceilings, high end appliances, balconies, spacious and good neighbors. I haven’t had a change to utilize the rooftop yet but it looks very nice and spacious.
What did you like most?
Most people have a pet which makes for lots of fun interactions with your neighbors. People are friendly and neighborly.
What did you like least?
For the price, I would have expected the heating controls to be more technologically advanced. I have a basic, programmable thermostat instead of a Nest or something comparable.
