SoNo is a great building for 20 and 30 somethings in an area that is booming. The entire building is very new, well-kept, and attractive for many reasons.
What did you like most?
Convenience to red line, other public transport. Entire area has transformed and now has a wide variety of bars and restaurants.
What did you like least?
When I first moved in, the area was seedy, but that has changed in the last 6-7 years.

Don't know too many ppl, but don't need to. Nice gym, little balcony, floor to ceiling windows, and walkable to shopping and dining. I don't rent here - my fianc? owns our unit, so it's not something I would've picked, but I've learned to like it. I used to live at Cobbler Square when I rented.
