Overall great, we are very happy here. Staff are responsive but we also haven’t had much/any issues honestly.
What did you like most?
Our unit is very soundproof, we are on a top floor so that might help but moving from an older unit with very creaky floors and you could hear everything upstairs, this is night and day. Being a block from Marianos and restaurants on Argyle, walking distance to Andersonville and the beaches!
What did you like least?
Not much not to like. The neighborhood is a little more quiet (we used to live in Lakeview) but enough around/ walking distance and bike able to different cafes, restaurants etc
