My experience was great. Benard showed me several properties over 2 days and I fell in love with Roosevelt collection. Great customer service and follow up skills. I would definitely recommend him to help you find your new apartment.
What did you like most?
Everything-modern apartment with granite counterops, beautiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, new hardwood floors, windows (floor to ceiling), spacious, water pressure, great amenities, close to restaurants and Transporation

Very new building in the South Loop. Units were awesome. Shopping, food, attractions, night life all in close proximity. Certain vacant/unclean lots nearby that takeaway from the local aura. Some dodgy areas within a mile. Other than that, building, surroundings, and location were awesome. Brand new shopping mall in the courtyard with movie theatre and restaurants as well.
