Great overall experience at the building. Would highly recommend anyone looking to consider this building.
What did you like most?
Location. Right next to the Grand red line stop. Jewel located in the building. 3 blocks from Whole Foods and Walgreens. Easy access to the Loop, Old Town/Lincoln Park and Wicker Park. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance.
What did you like least?
Given its location a couple blocks from Michigan Ave. it can get a bit touristy during peak tourist season.

Great building, some of the best amenities in the area (pool, business center, outdoor running track, etc.) friendly people, fantastic location (grocery story/Bed Bath and Beyond/Chipotle in the building, on top of the Grand Red Line stop, less than a mile from the Loop)
