I love the building, love the location. But the management is not so great. They don't do a good job communicating upcoming changes with residents. For example, they switched cable providers on us and switched the parking garage system with little communication.

Definitely gets the job done, but elevator wait times are very slow, gym is decent but can get very crowded since it's not that big and this is a huge high rise. But the noise levels are good and haven't really had any complaints within my unit itself.

It`s fine to live for a year or so,but I wouldn`t stay here for a prolonged period of time.

What did you like most?

Nice view over the lake. Easy access from Lake Shore Drive. Quite cheap too. Restaurant and a grocery store inside the building. Pool and gym are never crowded.

Shower - hate it. Air conditioner.

Great complex! I love this place! Beautiful views, excellent amenities, and a friendly community of people. Management could perhaps be a bit more friendly, but that's just my perspective.
