Convenience and diversity.

Lived there several years and had no negative issues. Was within a walk of shopping and dining. Management and maintenance were always responsive.
What did you like most?
Chinatown a few blocks away. Everything that I needed was within a short walk or drive.
What did you like least?
The carpets in the community areas were always stained and the walls marked.

Management companies constantly changing, new rules all the time that seem to only apply to certain people. But the building was fairly quiet and the maintenance guy was nice and helpful. Stupid move-in and move-out procedure.
What did you like most?
Privacy and size of units. Quiet.
What did you like least?
Extremely slow elevator and no amenities. Air circulation was bad: always too hot in one room and too cold in another.
