The location is really good, it's a fun atmosphere. Inside it's not super crazy or wild, but there is plenty to do outside. I'm never bored. Also, we can get some nice views.

Positive experience overall if you are looking for a downtown vibe in Chicago. Must note that every unit in the Plaza 440 building is privately owned, so your experience can also really depend on your specific condo owner.

What did you like most?

River North location, tons of restaurants/bars/things to do, great amenities (full gym, doorman, dry cleaner, patio with grills), great views (if your apt. is high up enough)

What did you like least?

Building management could be more friendly and more accommodating, neighborhood is very busy with tourists on the weekend, by living in a high-rise downtown you definitely are missing that authentic Chicago neighborhood/community feel
