Management turned over a few years ago, now they are awesome.
What did you like most?
the amenities, the feeling of community in the building from all walks of life, my view.
What did you like least?
the mold in my bathroom that won't go away no matter what they do.

The building, while a little older, they do try their hardest and it shows. It's well kept and those that work for the building do a fantastic job from the maintenance man to the concierge to the landlord.
What did you like most?
I like the security - it's not overdone so you feel odd walking into your own building but I know they are always there is something goes wrong.
What did you like least?
I really dislike that the building is older and it is sometimes very clear that they took shortcuts to make it seem newer than it it.

We like the building a lot and think it was our best option, but it doesn't come without issues.
What did you like most?
The apartment is very practical. There is plenty of square footage and a lot of storage space in the form of closets and cabinets. We also have a beautiful view we love. We are very conveniently located to 3 L stops and tons of buses. We also live near two grocery stores. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and friendly.
What did you like least?
The kitchen and the bathrooms have not been updated in a long time. The floors/grout are so stained and we have tried everything to get them cleaned. The street gets loud at night because it is the intersection of Roosevelt and Michigan. You do have to pay $150 a year for the gym and comparable buildings offer the gym for free. The heating is all electric which will be a huge bill in the winter. One room doesn't have a proper heating unit. It has a small little fan that heats up/cools down the room but I am worried if it will work in the winter. Sometimes, staff members are not super friendly and will deny us packages. Neighbors smoke in the building and there is nothing done about it.
