It is a recently built (2006 I believe) condo building. No amenities but I didn't want them. Residents are courteous, average age 35, mostly married couples without children.

Great views, great neighborhood, great commute time to the loop, great dining options in the neighborhood. Only complaint about the West Loop is the lack of shopping... and too much dog poop.

Very nice unit. No real hug amenities. Good location. Neighborhood doesn't feel very residential

Great experience overall. Very walkable neighborhood with parks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. all in short distances. Parking is pretty good for the most part, and the area is a healthy mix of families, couples and individuals.

What did you like most?

Loved the location. Could walk to work, groceries, Target, you name it.

What did you like least?

Cost of living in this part of town (West Loop).
