Good. It's a nice building with solid amenities. Located in a nice neighborhood that's very convenient to work.

What did you like most?

Nothing leaps out as being my favorite aspect of the building.

What did you like least?

The heat in the unit is super-dry. Wasn't great during the winter.

The building is pretty good. It has a decent gym and a nice outdoor deck. The unit finishes aren't too special, but it's not a big concern to me. I mostly moved to my building due to it's proximity to my office. Not too much in the neighborhood (aside from really good shopping), but it's walkable to great areas like Old Town and River North.

The building is modern and well-maintained. Location is great and convenient for me with respect to work and there is a gym nearby. Grocery store and Starbucks in the building are a big plus. Great floor to ceiling windows and view from my unit. Huge balcony. Good square footage.

Close to everything, many trains and buses to get anywhere. Rent is overpriced for size of unit and amenities.

What did you like most?

Doormen are very nice and felt very safe.

What did you like least?

Noisy.

I have loved living at 1 E. Delaware- the location, staff and amenities are great. A little pricey for the space and quality of the apartments but you pay for the great location (and balcony!).

What did you like most?

The staff- they really make an effort to get to know the residents and are very responsive.

What did you like least?

Exterior of the building is tired and could use some paint; somewhat frequent elevator issues.

The only downfalls are the size of the gym and lack of storage in the unit. Other than that I couldn’t be happier there.

The apartment units and common areas could be updated, but all in all it's a great community to live in. It's quiet and well maintained. Great Location!

Location and balconies. what did you like less: Wish it was upgraded a bit.
