I've lived here for less than a month, but it's easily one of the nicest apartment buildings I've ever lived in. I think the biggest reason why is the management and staff are friendly and are always there to help!
What did you like most?
GREAT management and staff who are the most helpful and most kind! Also the location cannot be beat- within 10 min walking distance of 3 grocery stores, near all of the West Loop's best restaurants, and right next to several parks! The amenities here are also excellent, with a rooftop gym and pool and fireplaces and grills.
What did you like least?
The sound insulation in the building is not good, i.e. you can hear your neighbor have a normal voice conversation through the walls, hear the dog barking from down the hallway
