My fiance and I just moved in two weeks ago (one of which I was away for work) so it's difficult to give you much perspective, however, here's what I got: building is incredible. Well kept, friendly staff and friendly neighbors we've met passing through the hall. The unit is very large (I come from NY so anything is large by those standards) and we've turned the 2nd bedroom into an office for me without issue. Issue comes with our landlord, who is the owner of the unit - we live in a coop building- and who is not a good landlord. He's really, really nice guy, but a poor manager. He left walls unpainted, didnt clean the carpet before we moved in, and left lights blown and things "unfinished." Area is amazing. I love it so far!
