The building is older and Art Deco so it has a character that I like, and doesn't have many amenities which I would prefer not to pay for anyway. So my preferences differ from people seeking new buildings with amenities. I like the more authentic and less stale feel if the building. The units are clean and attractively laid out, with high ceilings.

The high ceilings.

The old, dark beige carpeting in the bedrooms.
