The only thing you’re paying for are the views in my opinion. Good experience but after the first lease I didn’t renew I didn’t think the price warranted the other “benefits”

I’ve had a great time living here so far, it’s quiet and I love my space.
What did you like most?
I love the neighborhood this apartment is in, I really like the hallway of my studio, the bathroom is huge and nice closet space.
What did you like least?
Wish there was a bit more space to differentiate between the kitchen and rest of the studio. And the packaging system is the best, I haven’t lost anything yet but I don’t like how the packages just lay in front of the lobby like that.

I'm amazed at how quiet things are considering I moved in during the stay-at-home orders, I've never heard a neighbor (maybe I don't have any?). The units are beautiful and the giant windows mean there is tons of natural light. Front desk staff is always so friendly and having a convenience store literally right downstairs is a game-changer. If things stay this way I won't be leaving any time soon!
What did you like most?
Very quiet, units are beautiful, all appliances work as expected, convenience store is right downstairs.
What did you like least?
If the windows are open you can hear police/fire sirens since we're on a major road, but it has never woken me up at night so can't complain.
