Great building, not too far from the Lake and not too far from the Addison Red Line stop. It's located right across from the Whole Foods, which is terrific when you need an ingredient fast, but the prices are steep. Overall, would recommend the building

Loved it. Please note we rented from a guy who owned a condo. He was fabulous. The building management were generally unresponsive and unhelpful but I didn't interact with them much.

What did you like most?

Our unit had a huge patio. The building is across the street from Whole Foods and central to transit.

What did you like least?

Ugggggghhhhh cubs fans in the neighborhood screw up getting home.
