My experience has been great, I get to live life at my own pace and the people are very friendly here. There is a great grocery store and shopping center in a five minute walk from here which is very convenient.

Pretty good overall. Moving day was a little chaotic, management was supposed to leave keys at front desk, front desk says he doesn't have it, had to wait for management to get here and then they eventually found it at the front desk. This delayed my moving in by about an hour. Can get pretty noisy at night from sirens and loud cars. Elevator wait can be long sometimes, but not bad if you avoid it during peak times. Otherwise things have been pretty good. The mailroom staff are excellent.

My experience is great here and I love the view but it’s some of the amenities and paying for my laundry is expensive here. I never had to do that when I was living in another building. Also the gym is super small and less equipment.

Overall fine. The leasing office is disorganized and not the easiest to work with, but the doormen and women are fabulous, and overall I feel comfortable and safe. What do you like most: Location/easy accessibility to my school and the rest of Chicago. What do you like least: The leasing office made the process of obtaining the apartment painful and annoying. I also dislike the poor quality of the gym - I work out and now have to pay for a gym membership since their gym is so bad. Not favorable.

The building's communal space is nice, clean and well maintained. Our specific unit was not updated. The kitchen was very small, and the appliances looked like they were from the 80s. The building is near River North, but still a good 20 min walk to get there. It is near the downtown Marianos which is great. Additionally, while we were living there, they increased the rent $400 making it far too expensive for what you get.
What did you like most?
I liked the gym, shared office space and back deck.
