Great building, brand new, high ceilings and great finishes. Very clean and well maintained. Great amenities with good security and good doormen. Right around the corner from restaurant row. Have lived there for a little less than a year and am going to renew the lease

It's a great building, but too expensive. I think it's priced fairly, but we've decided it's out of our budget. It has the most expensive one bedrooms in West Loop.

The pool and amenities.

The price!

Building is nice. Some features aren't always available. Building staff is ok but they don't go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Excellent building, slightly more pricey but if you can afford it, its worth every $$. West Loop is one of the best neighborhoods to live in, and this building is arguably the best one in West Loop.

What did you like most?

Amenities, location, the fact that its small so you actually know people.

What did you like least?

management isn't amazing, attitude wise.

The units are new with updated appliances. My unit has in-unit washer/dryer and a personal balcony. While the management is not great, the units make it worth living here.

Lots of natural light.

Poor cable connection, and the management team.

Love living here for the location, but the price sometimes isn't worth it. Management isn't always particularly respectful, but the door & maintenance staff are absolutely lovely.
