So far so good, only been here for a couple days but matienance has been quick and efficient and Bruce the doorman has been a great help!

Great amenities, access to covered parking

What did you like least?

Far from a grocery store that is well priced. Everything is pretty expensive nearby, so we drive out of the city for more reasonably priced groceries (which isn't bad since I work in the suburbs).

Good overall. There are some aspects that could be improved: 1. walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors talking through the walls 2. elevators break down frequently 3. picking up packages from the receiving room takes a long time with their new process

1. Good workout facility onsite 2. nice bathroom and kitchen in updated units 3. 7-11 on first floor 4. good location

Cheap with some surprising amenities. Good if you work in the area but otherwise boring neighborhood. Amazing views from corner unit. What do you like most: View. Amenities (Tennis courts!). Quick unit maintenance. RCA Internet. What do you like least: Receiving room hours are weak and the staff isn't helpful. Bad initial impression from management office with over a month without a reply to application. Building switched from cold to heat way too early, no thermostat. Have to take recycling to basement. Door security is inconsistent and illogical. Forced to pay for ATT TV.

Management is horrible. Do not respond and when it does very rude. Don't know how to solve problems. Do not know how to communicate. Despite my okay-good experiences living here, dealing with the management just makes everything so difficult and stressful.

Apartment was good for the price and size at the time. A little far from the main streets, and somewhat thin walls. Package receiving department was awful.

Overall great apartment for the price. Close to Navy pier and River North Nightlife. I was definitely sold on the amenities - indoor pool, full gym, and giant terrace on the third floor.

Overall a fine place to live for the price in that area but not the highest quality of apartments and management is not the best.

I'm happy with my overall experience, especially for this being my first apartment.

What did you like most?

I was surprised by how much room there was. Plenty of closet space, and the bathroom was bigger than expected.

What did you like least?

I wish they would update the ranges because the electric coils smoke when you use them.
