In general, you can't go wrong here. It's a pricier building, but you're getting what you pay for if you take advantage of all of the amenities offered and location.
What did you like most?
The amenities were amazing and the neighborhood can't be beat if you're a young professional.
What did you like least?
Street noise on the lower levels could get loud since you're right on Hubbard. We were on the 26th floor overlooking what was Studio Paris at the time and even we heard the noise at times.
