Excellent except for an unresponsive landlord who still has not fixed things that needed fixing prior to my moving in back in June (it's now sept). Otherwise love the apt and the building!
What did you like most?
I love the amount of closet space in my apt, having a 24hr doorman and having attached covered parking that is a reasonable price. There is also an on site dry cleaner that's awesome and very cheap.
What did you like least?
The gym is very small and the machines are old and not well kept. Residents also have to pay in order to use the pool and have to buy guest passes if you want to bring friends.

price is right. It is a condo owned building, so far fewer renters, which I like. Great views. Nice people. I have full reign to change my unit etc, which I like.
