Overall my experience has been good! The space is great and the building is well maintained. We have very nice neighbors and the back decks are great in the summer. The communal back yard is absolutely beautiful!
What did you like least?
The security is a little iffy....it definitely could improve. The building is right on the alley so that is always difficult unfortunately and the location is amazing - right in the heart of Wrigleyville. The only thing would be the noise from Wrigley field, weekend games and night games. The games can be super loud and the drunk people in the alley and around the neighborhood can be heard from every where in the apartment. Other than that this place is great!

Great! Love it except for living on an alley- that can get loud.

Loved the layout and feel of the apt. The bathroom is super modern and the living space has a brick wall and a rotunda break out space
