I spent about 7 years living with friends in the condo. It was overall a great experience. I made friends with people at the local bar, and enjoyed a couple restaurants. However, the neighborhood could feel a little sketchy at night, which made female friends feel unsafe walking alone. The other people in my building complained about a lot of things (e.g. building maintenance) but didn't do a lot to help the situation. Some had kids that would invite a bunch of friends over and leave trash everywhere. A few families did not pay their association dues, which caused the dues to go up a lot.
