The building offers a decent gym and a outdoor space with grill which is good to hang out with friends. The neighborhood is really quiet because it's really close to downtown, so everyone leaves. But overall it is a good experience and it's very convenient with good transportation.

Great neighborhood. New building. Close to EVERYTHING.

i own this condo so there are other issues to deal with such as a condo board association and association dues which is my only complaint about the building - if you cannot attend the meetings you cannot help to vote or select the board - therefore the board is VERY BAD! :) a small portion of this building is owners who rent I believe 15% is the cap on renters
