Great studio apartment... Large space and very quiet building cannot hear neighbors.
What did you like most?
Quiet and large studio.
What did you like least?
You cannot control the heat and it get really hot in the winter... There are no amenities really and there is always one elevator out.

Overall, experience has been positive. The building is mostly quiet and people keep to themselves. Have had trouble with things being taken from the mail room. Laundry machines can be broken at times and you need to hit the laundry room at the right time. Gym is sparse and made up of old equipment. Apartments are warm in the winter but need an air conditioner during the spring/summer.
