It is a viable option to live in after graduating college. The neighborhood bar scene is young which adds to the location of the building. It's a mixed rating purely because of the size of the unit and that it is tough to contact management.

I like the are the building is in the most.

I dislike how far away it is from the train (10-12 minutes).
