Apartment was fantastic because I was living with friends, but the management company was dreadful and only cared about collecting rent. They violated the RLTO multiple times, but being from a legal background I did manage to challenge them on most counts.
What did you like most?
Friends, layout, distance from campus.
What did you like least?
Maintenance poor, landlord harassment, price high, security poor.
