The building itself is nice. The top three floors are run by Kass Management and I have friends who have had great experiences with them. The bottom/ground floor are privately owned. DO NOT RENT FROM MODERN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. They are terrible, terrible people to rent from. We moved out after 3 months because of the management. Also, the ground floor unit was freezing even when it was 80 outside.

in unit washer/dryer and the bathroom was nice.

Management.
