Great location, huge bedrooms, great price for the neighborhood. Quality of the building itself is mediocre at best - seems like it was originally a nice building, but has been renovated and repaired shoddily over the years. Management company is not the most professional I've dealt with, and is responsive on some matters, yet has completely ignored other concerns. Requests for repairs are usually handled in a timely fashion, but not always. Building maintenance is handled by one individual, who sometimes enters unit without permission/notification to check on things, which is completely inappropriate. Sometimes the only way I'd know he'd been in the unit was from the dirt he'd tracked in from his work boots. I loved living in this neighborhood, and loved my time in this building (because of it's size, location, and my awesome roommates, and despite the managment). However, we're now moving out because one roommate is getting married and one is leaving Chicago, and, needless to say, I will never rent a property managed by this company again.
