This place is definitely an upgrade from my previous apartment. I LOVE my apartment so much that I rarely want to leave.

What did you like most?

I love the views and the apartment’s features and finishes!

What did you like least?

Sometimes (rarely) you can hear dogs barking from another unit. The concierge will handle it, though!

The building is great. Staff is friendly and responsive. Amenities are excellent and well maintained. Views are great. In the summer, the pool deck has amazing views of the fireworks off of navy pier.

What did you like most?

Love the building. Nice, clean, modern, well-maintained and well-run. Views are great. Amenities are excellent.

What did you like least?

Thin walls (you can hear neighbors if they are noisy). Building is on the way to navy pier so there are usually tourists around (especially in summer).

Great building in a so-so neighborhood

Building amenities as good as can be, especially for a dog owner

What did you like least?

The neighborhood is dull and food options are limited. That said, hard to picture my building in a good food neighborhood like Wicker Park

Love the neighborhood, excellent management, great community with many like-minded similarly aged individuals, away from major busy intersections and train tracks, unbeatable views, unbeatable sun deck.
