Good overall. Location is fantastic, very close to everything. Area has really developed since I originally moved in as there are now many more fast casual dining options nearby that stay open reasonably late.
What did you like most?
Location, again, is great. The central location makes it just as easy to go south or west as it is to go north.
What did you like least?
The lack of late-night hours for businesses can be annoying. This is improving though.

Excellent location, units are HUGE (with very high ceilings) compared to other apartments in the neighborhood. It's an old historic building but very well built with excellent sound proof (The 'L' train noise is barely an issue). Zero amenities and no parking space offered which makes the rent price very reasonable.
