Spacious units, but the rent recently increased over 10%. Laundry facilities are very subpar, and at least one machine was broken for more than 12 months. Management just did an overhaul of the lobby that took nearly 6 months. Maintenance does not always come after the first request.
What did you like most?
Spacious units. Location.
What did you like least?
Temperature/lack of control of heat, laundry facility, squeaky floors to the point where I could hear full conversations, very slow with building maintenance, kitchens have no dishwashers or microwaves
