The rent was cheap, most of the neighbors were friendly, and the space was decent. The landlord started out more responsive and helpful than when we moved out.
What did you like most?
The neighborhood was quiet and communal but not far at all from great activity.
What did you like least?
We had some loud teenage neighbors who smoked pot and cigarettes beneath us, which we could smell.
