It has been great for my needs at this time. Awesome location - easily walkable or bus stops very close, friendly but unobtrusive neighbors, multiple grocery stores and gyms nearby (plus a host of other things), on-site maintenance who is very responsive, and reasonably priced especially compared to others in the area.
