Quiet building, well maintained for its age, overall pretty much exactly what I need in a studio apartment.

It's a cost-effective building for the neighborhood. The building itself has limited amenities (small rooftop deck, indoor pool, in-house laundry), so my rent is pretty fair. The management is great, they let you know about any water shutoffs, etc. well in advance. The superintendent there is also very responsive and courteous, and keeps things extremely clean.
