Very cute apartment but overpriced for the lack of amenities (no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, older building, no in unit washer/dryer, no A/C, no central heat). Safe building and neighborhood, great surrounding area, I can contact the maintenance guy (though he doesn't show up when he says AND needs various reminders, he does get it done), and it's kept clean.
What did you like most?
Size, look, and location of the apartment.
What did you like least?
No A/C at all, baseboard heat, but still stuck with old unworking radiators taking up space. Laundry is $2 to wash, $2 to dry, which is ridiculous considering that I have to pay the water/waste fee myself (NOT included! First time in my life in any apartment I've seen ever).
