Terrible. Building was disgusting, and the management is terrible
What did you like most?
No redeeming qualities.
What did you like least?
Building: cockroaches (so many cockroaches), no trash shoots, smells like the basement of a fraternity on Saturday and Sunday mornings... Management: Rude, uncooperative, and treated me like a total commodity. Examples: Manager yelled at me that there was nothing he could do when a tenant kept stealing the locks on the building to sell the copper. I came up with 3 or 4 solutions for what he could do over the phone, and he just yelled at me. Another time, I noticed that the floors were bubbling up and called to have it looked at. The people doing the repairs took my entire unit apart, moved my furniture around, took my kitchen and put it all in the hallway, and then didn't bother to call and tell me, so it was a really pleasant surprise when I came home after work that night to see that disaster.
