A good living situation with terrible management. The board is alright, but mostly old and lack courtesy. Many neighbors would just as soon fine you as they would greet you.

It has been fine. The location is great, but the building is a bit older. I wish I had central air. Each unit is individually owned (condos), so I'm renting through an individual rather than the building and company.
