Based on these survey questions, I'm not sure I'm your target demographic. :) The condo is in a residential area, across the street from a school and beautiful park. Our dog loved being able to go to for walks in the park and surrounding neighborhood, and we loved the "nightlife," which included a few nearby coffee shops and dive bars as well as access to restaurants in both Andersonville and Lincoln Square. Overall, it was a lovely neighborhood for those of us who have lived in the busier, trendier parts of a few major cities across the country and were ready for a more laid back lifestyle.
