Great location close to my needs. Downtown could be better without beggars and open shops during weekends. What do you like most: Great building and location mostly. What do you like least: Beggars in the proximity.

Overall this has been one of my favorite apartments. The location can't be beat, right in the loop so it's so easy to get around. The unit looks awesome in the inside but you quickly notice that the appliances are not too high quality. We've had to have our microwave replaced twice and we've been here less than two years. The surrounding area is more of a business district than community, so everything closes around 6 or so on weekdays and are completely closed on weekends. I always feel safe and I LOVE the staff. I've had a few awkward interactions with management...almost like I'm a bother, but it's no biggie because I don't interact with them often (which makes it so odd). Overall, it's awesome. The amenities are perfect and I don't want to leave!
