Great! I am staying for another year, and would probably look for a larger unit in the building.

We have a lot of great amenities, which is very rare in Chicago.

Very pleasant, mostly because I had a good/laid back landlady. Pain in the ass to pay lockout fees, and annoying that you had to pay for additional pool guests/no open containers by the pool

Pool in the summer, cheap rent considering in LP/by the beach

Lockout fees, no good late night food, not great dining selections

I really enjoyed my time time in 2020! This building is in a great location with great access to transportation ( most buses that go downtown stop right in front of the building which is great in winter). The doormen were very nice and I felt extremely safe. I loved my unit, the kitchen was updated and the views of lake Michigan were amazing. The residents are friendly but mostly keep to themselves there is a mix of young and older people. The gym equipment is sufficient and there is a separate yoga room that is great for working out with friends/doing circuits. The pool is quiet and definitely not a party scene like some of the pools in Chicago and personally I liked it that way. It was nice to go to my pool and relax and then if I wanted something more rowdy head to a friends pool. My only complaint is that I was not told about facade construction prior to move in. Although the construction was only during the day it was very annoying when I worked from home. Overall I had a great experience living in 2020 and would recommend it!
