Like the building - landlord is often unresponsive. Setup is condo association, and since we are not the owners we have limited visibility into the building's operations, and our landlord does not do a good job of keeping us in the loop.

100 year old building - 3 floor walkup. We live on the third floor. Building needs to be fixed a little bit... not in the greatest shape.

College kids and young adults sometimes make the building loud on the weekends.
