Overall, a great spot for a very affordable price. Our apartment was semi-recently redone, and is a 2bd 2ba duplex with all new appliances, floors etc. Roscoe Village has recently gone through huge gentrification, and is great for young working professionals or starting families. It has both small apartment buildings as well as single family homes, as well a a mix of bars, taverns and restaurants of many ethnicities. I recently moved from West Lincoln Park to Roscoe Village. One thing that stands out about your survey - it seems heavily catered for out of towners, focusing mostly on "advanced" building amenities and highrises, found mostly in the Loop, River North and certain parts of East Lincoln Park and East Lakeview (within a couple blocks of the lake). On the one hand, this might be a special niche that is relatively underserved by existing websites. On the other, this is going to push you into a relatively unfavorable price bracket very quickly, which might cause people to focus on competing sites.
