Experience has been great. The building is very nice, new and sound doesn't travel all the much. Great location and friendly neighbors.

Haven't been here long, but it's nice and clean and modern. We sublease from a condo owner, so responses about landlord and payment method may or may not be typical. The rent/unit price is a little under market for the neighborhood because this building does not have common areas or amenities. (That's okay for us, though -- It makes it more affordable.)
What did you like most?
Feeling safe and secure; the privacy of the unit; thick walls so we are not disturbed by neighbors.
What did you like least?
The docking/loading area where recyclables and large trash must be deposited smells really bad. Sometimes the neighborhood gets flooded with tourists when events occur at Soldier Field.
