This was my first apartment when I moved to Chicago. It was a vintage building in Andersonville. The neighborhood was safe & friendly with lots of young families & couples. My landlord was great, and the management company he used for repairs & such was SUPER responsive.
What did you like most?
The proximity to all of the restaurants & shops on Clark Street in Andersonville. How easy it was to pay my landlord (his office was on the next block)
What did you like least?
Having to use window unit air conditioners & coin operated laundry in the dark, scary basement.
